Hello and welcome to Pattys Piece of Cake! I made my first ever cake for my sons first birthday 8 years ago this year and slowly have been making cakes just for a hobby for friends and family. I have taken the plunge and decided to make my dream hobby a reality and as of 08/05/2015 Pattys Piece of Cake is registered with Torbay Food Safety Section and have been graded a category E premises. That m

eans my business is low risk. I have completed my Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate and also Food Allergy Awareness. Even though my cakes are baked in my home kitchen, i operate as if they were from a catering kitchen when it comes to hygiene health and safety
