A little bit spiky, a whole lot naughty. 🌵✨

We finally put the finishing touches on our brand new creations, and they are absolute showstoppers. Just take a close-up look at the gravity-defying hand-piped details.

Underneath those vibrant, gold-dusted whipped ganache spikes is a serious flavor journey:

A vibrant Prickly Pear & Lime insert with a gorgeous Genoa-pink centre.

A light, silky Callebaut White Chocolate & Vanilla mousse.

Meticulously hand-piped and completely irresistible. Who is ready to brave the spikes for a bite?

Drop by the shop in Brixham and treat yourself! 😈👇

Golden, glossy, and fresh out of the oven! 🍞✨

Four freshly baked loaves of rich, buttery Brioche, baked to a deep golden perfection. Nothing beats that feather-light crumb and incredible aroma filling the kitchen.
