I made this cake for my husband in 2022, and forgot to add it here. It's a poor copy of his Landover whilst we were in the Falklands. The features were made more difficult as I didn't have any of my modelling tools or colours with me.

A giant cupcake, made for a lovely lady at work. Chocolate on the bottom and victoria on the top. It went down a storm, and even I could have a slice as I made it totally gluten free (including the gf Smarties equivalent), and no one could tell the difference.

Just a simple gluten free fudge cake with chocolate ganache on the outside and light milk chocolate buttercream inside.
