Yes, our handmade soaps are 100% customizable: you can choose the colour and the essential oil. You can contact us to have more informa

👉 What essential oils do you have? 👈
You can choose among the following essential oils:
*Spices and woody fragrances*
Peppermint, Cinnamon, Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Tea tree, Lemongrass and Frankincense, Caramel.
*Floral fragrances*
Geranium, Lavender, Bergamot and Ylang-ylang.
*Fruity fragrances*
Lemon, Watermelon, Mango, Melon, Pineapple, Kiwi, Raspberry, Dark Pomegranate, Blueberry, Sweet orange, Grapefruit, Strawberry and Lime.
*Seasonal fragrances*
Pumpkin spice, Christmas Cookie, Gingerbread House and Christmas Mountain.

*RETURN*
Unfortunately, because of the nature of these items and for health/hygiene reasons, I can not accept returns for our handmade soaps. However, if there is any problem with your order, please contact us and we will more than happy to help you by suggesting a different option.
*AMEND OF ORDER*
Yes, you can decide to swap a product with another by sending us an e-mail: we will send you the correct order! Amends of the order can not be accepted when it has already been dispatched.

*CANCELLATION*
We do accept the cancellation of your order unless it has been already dispaced. We try to dispatch the order as soon as possible to give our customer the best experience ever and usually, we ship an order the day after it has been placed. We strongly suggest contacting us before to check the available options.
*REFUND DUE TO LATE DELIVERY*
Unfortunately, we do not provide any refund for late delivery. Once we ship your product, this is in the hands of the delivery company and we do not have any power over any delivery issues. However, if your order is missing, we will contact you to arrange a different option.
