Happy Easter to all my lovely customers!

I’ve not been well for a few months and I have just had a small operation this week and sadly due to this I have become a little overwhelmed with catching up with my messages and enquiries. All cakes that are booked in are still going ahead so please don’t worry, but please be patient if I am a little behind getting back to enquiries, I am however working my way through amd hope to be back to full health as soon as I can 🙏

Tried something completely new and different. This design is based on a geode crystal and a bit of freestyle from me. My lovely customer challenged me to something new and gave me a few ideas of what she wanted and then just trusted me with the rest. I just love having the freedom to be creative.

Lemon drizzle cake with lemon buttercream, white chocolate ganache and sugarpaste The SUGAR PASTE. The crystals were made out of rock candy and then hand painted with edible colours and then gold leaf applied.
