Only 2 markets for me this week as I adjust to being a dad and a new house and family! Slowing things down a bit this year and making an attempt to find a more rewarding work life balance. I’m trading Wednesday and Thursday this week, off on the weekend as it’s looking extremely wet! Cheers for all your ongoing support! It’s been a great start to 2024, oh also it’s a low of -4 on Wednesday when I’ll be starting my baking shift at 5am so be patient as I might not have all your fav pastry treats available due to frozen fingers but I’ll do my best as always, cheers all, Simon x
