Another recent cake, Finding Nemo. This cake was really fun to do, the top tier was even sugar free so the little ones could eat some :-). There were also lots of matching cupcakes to go with it, pictures to follow ###

Has everyone tried oreo cupcakes? They are sooo delicious. Here's some I made a while ago for a market. An oreo baked in the bottom, rich chocolate sponge topped with gorgeous oreo cream cheese frosting, and just for luck a mini oreo on top, yummy yummy yummy!! ###

Yucky old bananas in your fruit bowl? Seems like a good excuse to make cake to me :-)! Try this recipe out for a yummy banana cake, I think it would be nice to add some raspberries or blueberries too! Thanks All Recipes for a delicious and nice and easy recipe x

The easiest banana cake to make, just right for using up those very ripe bananas in the fruit bowl! I make this one in a loaf tin then you can cut slices and butter them for an after school treat.
