These gorgeous 2D roses were completely gluten-free AND dairy-free — and I absolutely LOVED making them 😍

Also, with the English sun and crazy temperatures ☀️, dairy-free frosting is a safer bet and these stood the test beautifully at the wonderful Manor House😍 near Chippenham 😀

I couldn't believe this wonderful surprise! (Swipe to 3rd pic to see 😊❤️)

I was asked to make a rather unusual wedding cake this weekend. As usual, it needed to be gluten-free, but that's not all...

The bride wanted her dog to be eating it!

So that's exactly what I did, albeit with only a small amount of stolen cake so they could still have it as a surprise after guests had seen the cake from the other side.

The venue .grange was absolutely gorgeous, too, with everything thought about carefully (including much needed air con 😀).

And then, to my astonishment, I was gifted a lovely bottle of wine from the happy couple - what a treat!
