Have you ever tasted something that transported you back in time?

I have been thinking a lot about my grandma this weekend and remembered making rock cakes with her as a child. I thought I would whip some up this afternoon, the first time I made them since those days long ago.

It’s amazing how taste can create such a vivid memory, even after all this time.

I’d love to hear if there’s any food that reminds you of special times in your life?
