Meet Matildia, the retail leader at hobbs.
She loves how hobbs gives her a freedom to express herself! She also enjoys the food we sell! Especially the carrot cake! In her free time she likes to play the flute🪈🪈


Meet Will! A retail assistant at our shop!
Will enjoys the community of Gloucester road and how lovley everyone is!! His favourite loaf is the chilli and turmeric sourdough! He says "it makes beautiful toast"🍞 will enjoys the great outdoors, especially hiking!

Meet Jaz!
Jaz is the manager of our wonderful store in the heart of Gloucester road. She loves the community here at Hobbs and also loves the vast range of bread we have! Her favourite loaf is the wild white as it is "delicious and versatile". In her spare time, jaz loves to go to a car boot to try and snag a bargain!


Meet Archie!
Archie is a retail assistant here at our Bristol shop! Archie feels Hobbs has given him a real sense of direction. He loves how joyous the customers make him feel. His favourite loaf is the harissa sourdough, he loves its "warmness and soup dipping abilities". Archie loves reading and writing poetry.


Meet Lyle.
Lyle is also a retail assistant here at Hobbs!
Lyle loves Hobbs as he feels bread brings people together. He says the word companion comes from the latin word "companis" which means "the one with whom I break bread"
Lyle's favourite loaf is the award winning Sherston. He's a big fan of white bread! Lyle likes to travel and hike in nature whenever possible.
