Rowan Tree Bakery Wedding & celebration cakes for North Somerset, Bristol & the South West. I bake with excellent quality ingredients, including eggs from our own hens.

I create beautiful bespoke buttercream wedding and celebration cakes for my customers in North Somerset, Bristol and the South West. I also offer smaller bakes and treat boxes of brownies, cake slices and

cupcakes, which are perfect for a gathering or work event. Many of the ingredients I use are supplied by our fantastic local village shop, Re:Store Congresbury. Keeping my supply chain as local as possible is really important to me as I strive to be as sustainable as possible. Many of my decorative ingredients come from my own garden, where I grow a small selection of edible flowers. My business is registered with North Somerset Council. I hold a Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene certificate. A couple of pics of Sharon & Dave’s wedding cake from 1st May, a wedding I was also a guest at, so it was a nice change to get out of my apron and dress up! 👗

We were looked after so well by Sarah and the team - top service from both a supplier and a guest point of view!

Thank you to Sacha for the amazing cake flowers - alliums, tulips and sweet rocket in purple shades (she is never phased by any colour scheme or theme I request! 😉)
