I met this lovely couple at a wedding fayre earlier this year and immediately loved their ideas of their vision for their cake.
They went for classic white on white with a simple design and let the sugar flowers take centre stage.
For a beautiful finishing touch they chose to display the cake on a piano and hired my Mosser cake stand to complete the look.

Cake flavours were:
🍰 Vanilla & strawberry
🍰 Chocolate & salted caramel
🍰 Lemon

Congratulations to Diane and Andy who were married at webbingtonhotelweddings on Saturday.

They chose a cupcake tower with a small cutting cake finished with sugar flowers to match their theme and some subtle decorative textured scroll and floral trim.

Cake flavours were:

🍰 Lemon
🍰 Chocolate
🍰 Raspberry & White Chocolate

Sarah and Will knew when they booked with me that they wanted their wedding cake set up outside which was a first for me but I loved how it looked .
They also wanted to cut their cake in the afternoon which is a great idea to ensure it all gets eaten.
They took some inspiration from my previous cakes and finished the design with fresh flowers provided by Daisy Lane Floral Design | Emily Carr

Cake flavours were:

🍰 Lemon
🍰 Coffee

I met this lovely couple at a wedding fayre last year and they knew right from the start that they wanted a textured ganache finish with red roses and eventually opted for my signature sugar flowers.

It was a challenging week for cake makers with the heatwave across the UK which meant a last minute change of plans for delivering as the temperature inside the venue had reached 40 degrees a few days before!
The pressure was on setting up in front of all the guests but my promise to my couples when they book with me is that I’ll do whatever needs to be done to ensure their cake is perfect.

🍰 Cherry Bakewell

My husband works with Ollie so we were very lucky to be guests in the evening so I got to see them cut their cake which was very special.

At their design consultation they were inspired by the dark green watercolour from one of my display cakes in the studio which made up part of the final design along with their own ideas.

Cake charm and flowers provided by the couple.
