HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED WHEN PLACING AN ORDER? Ideally two weeks in advance, however where possible I will try and accommodate last minute orders. WHEN CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER? As I am a home-based service, we can arrange the best time to collect your order. Yes, I offer delivery within Bristol and the surrounding area with a minimum spend of £20. HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY? Delivery charges may apply. Deliveries will only be attempted once to one confirmed address and a contact number will be required. Any additional delivery points will incur extra charges. I will not be able to refund you in the event that goods could not be received at the delivery point. DO I NEED TO PAY A DEPOSIT? Deposits are based on the specific item. This will be discussed with the customer upon ordering. All deposits are non-refundable. HOW DO I PAY? All payments are contactless. Once your order is confirmed, a text will be sent with a link for payment by card. DO YOU CATER FOR PEOPLE WITH ALLERGIES AND INTOLERANCES? Yes I can offer gluten free, dairy free and vegan options, please state this on the enquiry so I can tailor your order. I cannot guarantee that our products do not contain traces of nuts, dairy or gluten as I work in a kitchen where these are stored. An allergen list will be on your cake box. HOW LONG WILL ME CAKE LAST? Your cake should stay fresh for up to 3-5 days after delivery if kept in a dry, cool place. If we are experiencing hot weather I will advise you to keep your cake in a fridge until 1 hour before it is due to be served. DOES THE CAKE COME IN A BOX? Yes, all cakes are packaged well in a cake box. For cupcakes these will be presented in a box with holes for the individual cupcakes. Celebration cakes are also presented on a cake board.
