🌟Saturday Star of the Shed is of course the homemade vegan lemon curd and raspberry tart - the lemon curd is INCREDIBLE if I do say so myself 💅and it is always a sense of achievement making something vegan taste as good, if not better, than the standard ☺️

The icing sugar may have disappeared from the top since being in the fridge but shhh, doesn't matter, tastes the same 😁
