Happy International Nurses Day 🏥 and Happy 202nd Birthday to Florence Nightingale!

It was an absolute honour to put together this quick cake for a friend of a friend! She's actually a cousin of Florence Nightingale and wanted a cake as part of a display today 😱

My Grandma was a nurse, midwife and all around amazing lady, so I jumped at the chance to join in with the celebrations 🥰 I have also had more than my fair share of exemplary nursing care and I know for a fact they deserve all the praise they can get (and a pay-rise... but let's not get too political)
