A few cakes from recently.

I'm terrible at remembering to take photos of cakes before I deliver them. Especially when its been as hot as it has been as I've just wanted to keep them in the fridge for as long as possible!

I only have 2 dates booked in for Aug as its just too warm and everything melts 🤣🤣

SO, I have been looking into some different things for the summer, and I am going to he trialling ice cream sandwiches!!

I will have some freshly baked cookies, and a choice of vanilla or chocolate ice cream!!
