Massive congratulations to my beautiful daughter Emma and her lovely Husband Warren who were married Priston Mill on Saturday

When your Mum designs and creates cakes for a living, there was only going to be one person doing the cake !!!

Emma, Warren and the children came along for a cake tasting and design consultation and this beautiful showstopper was the result. 5 tiers of cake, a favourite flavour for each of them. Topped off with a personalised Pokemon card as their topper. This cake was completely unique and personal to them as a family.

Such an honour to be part of anyone wedding day but when it’s your daughter it is extra special. ❤️

A little bit of floral perfection

Happy Monday, everyone 😄

When you hear the words “home baker”, you may wonder what their workspace is really like. Is the kitchen big or small? How is it organised—and, most importantly, is it clean?

Today, I thought I would take you on a quick behind-the-scenes tour of my kitchen while I’m working, so you can see exactly where your cakes are created.

A working kitchen can be a busy place! I like to have all my equipment and tools close at hand, along with any practice florals and decorations I’m creating. Today is a sugar-flower day, so you’ll spot plenty of floral tools and materials around the kitchen.

Behind all the creativity, cleanliness and food safety are always my highest priorities. My kitchen is thoroughly cleaned and prepared before I begin work each day, and I’m very proud to hold a 5-star food hygiene rating.

You can feel completely confident knowing that your cake is being created with the greatest care in a clean, professional and fully registered home kitchen.
