The Cake Flavour Parlour: Pictured here is a Rich Chocolate sponge with a smooth Peanut Butter swiss meringue buttercream and a traditional handmade Dolce De Leche sauce. It is a beautifully indulgent cake with an aura of nostalgia and I made it for the first time recently.
I adore experimenting with taste and texture combinations, creating cake flavours which are beautifully delicious and also original. Did you know I have 20 Signature Flavours on my menu?
