"A diving board cake-sure!" I promised lovely cousin in law...It slowly dawns on me..a diving board..from cake..oh my. Needless to say the actual diving board ended up not being edible..It was safer that way..
It was a challenge, and maybe I would do a FEW things differently. But a pleasure to make and try new ideas for an awesome young man and a very impressive diver at that x

I made a Vegan cake. It was terrifying-but it did rise and I made friends with baking soda. I also had a bash at piping which is not my usual, but, here's to experiments with lemon juice and non-dairy milk (a truly impressive discovery), kitties, love/peace and a big heartfelt congrats to the happy couple. Like each ring that is added to a tree, let you both grow in wisdom and beauty, that reaches up to the sky and beyond. Kylo Ren. This truly was a cake from the darkside. And after lugging this thing through Brighton town centre at lightning speed I am now aware of two things; 1) I have no upper body strength at all. 2) next year he's getting a cupcake. Happy birthday to my boy x
