Wow those first 5 days in our new cafe were busier than we expected. Thanks everyone !!❤️
We will be closed Monday 15th June for a few maintenance issues and last minute fixes but will be open again for you on Tuesday! ❤️

It’s been such a busy few days leading up to Opening the Cafe, but reading this makes it really worth it ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you!
Thanks everyone for popping in for a fika and all the lovely conversations and congrats the last couple of days! ❤️ It’s so nice to see you all again. You found us! And how lovely to meet lots of new people and neighbours in the North Laine.
Im sorry I heard that I missed a few “hellos” today - I had to run up to Tommy & Vitor in the bakery and make a huge batch of Princess Cake for the weekend! We can’t have our first Friday-Fika in North Laine without Princess cake !!! Is 70 slices going to be enough?
Oh and you’re in for another treat- Vitor & Tommy has prepared some lovely savoury buns with prosciutto Cotto, creamy onion & Brie, Mushroom Brioche with Parmesan and Cheese plus some Onion, Thyme & Raclette buns too. Perfect for picnic or quick breakfast - Brunch bites this weekend ❤️
OH and Creme Brûlée Buns are back!!! You need to try one of those if you haven’t already! Cardamom Brioche filled with Creme Brûlée and then caramelised with brown sugar❤️

The cups have arrived!!! How can I be this excited about cups?? Still no ceiling but we do have cups ✅ we are slightly behind schedule with the build but please cross your fingers that we will be ready to open our Swedish Bakery for you on 10th of June.

Wow that was such a lovely, sad, happy, rollercoaster of a last day at .btn ❤️ Thanks everyone who came to say bye bye and also good luck.
Thanks for showing up to these last few years of Fika-Markets. Rainy stormy days when we were positioned right by the wind tunnel- you still showed up! Christmas markets, January & Semla Markets you were there! Hot sunny 28C days - you were there again getting buns and savouries for your picnics! ❤️❤️
It really means so much that you’ve supported us these last few years. If it wasn’t for all of you we wouldn’t be able to move on to this next step of opening our little shop in the North Laine ❤️ Thank you!!! ❤️

Thanks also to all our lovely neighbours at the market! Especially and Ovett & Son aka Bacon King for the fridge space and for all the flat whites ❤️ Thanks and for being master samplers of our vanilla buns & princess cake 😀 and & for the delicious lunches!! ❤️ You have all made the Market such a joy to come to every Saturday and we will really miss you but …

We have a night packer position available!!!
The job is to pack all the wholesale orders of freshly baked buns, croissants and breads followed by helping the night bakers with some cleaning.
We are looking for someone punctual, organised, great at counting and who doesn’t mind starting around 1-1.30am.
Each shift is about 3-4 hours (sometimes longer) and you’ll go home with some freshly baked Croissants or buns after your shift!
£13 / hour
