I am specialized in baking savoury and sweet cakes, rigourously all gluten free, with a choice of dairy free and vegan. All my cakes have reduce sugar content and increased taste! I always use best quality ingredients such as free range eggs, organic chocolate only, Doves Farm flours, Infinity Food products, Vitaquell and Pure margarine, Rude Health cereals
