As the weather gets warmer and summery this week, our recommendations is our Tart Citron ( Large or individual tartlets) as well as the irresistible Lemon Meringue Pie.

The tart case for both creations is made with our butter short crust pastry and our bakers make the special lemon curd using only lemons, free range eggs and sugar. Absolutely no artificial flavouring. The lemon meringue pie is additionally topped with Italian meringue.

For our customers who never ordered them before, please try as we are sure you are going to love them!

The journey of our falafels - from the humble chickpea to a delicious savoury snack!

Our falafels are made with an original recipe from the middle east, tried and improved continuously to suit our taste. Mainly consisted of chickpeas, parsley, onion, coriander, cardamom, cumin, garlic and chillies. It is crispy, flavourful and full of character. A satisfying way to achieve the protein goals for the day, with the added benefits of fibre and micro nutrients.

Oh, and this goes very well with our freshly made selection of pitta bread.

Suitable to vegetarians and vegans.

🎵 "One a penny, two a penny, hot cross-buns"🎵
Easter brings in a lot of joy, fun and a reason to enjoy hot cross-buns. Presenting our hot cross buns and muffin for the season:
1. Standard hot cross buns: Freshly baked on a daily basis, our hot cross buns are soft and sweet buns that are lightly spiced with dried fruit and glaze.
2. Vegan hot cross buns: Freshly baked and made daily. They are the vegan version of the hot cross buns. These buns are soft, sweet and moreish. Packed with dried fruits, mixed spice and cinnamon. Topped with a Cross and glazed with syrup and a sprinkle of sugar pearls.
3. Hot cross muffin: A seasonal special version of the blueberry muffins. These are full of the rich flavours of hot cross buns with spices, cinnamon, dried fruit and orange candied peel. A sweeter treat with a lovely muffin texture.

After the cakes, here are our tarts and biscuits. They are as joyful as the festival of Easter and filled with taste. An interesting take on the traditional themes.

From top to bottom:
1. Gingerbread Bunnies: Who says gingerbread cookies are just for Christmas? Our gingerbread bunnies are sweet, crunchy and cute ginger biscuits. They are individually hand decorated and especially shaped and decorated for Easter.
2. Easter Lemon Drizzle Simnel Slices: An almond slice packed with citrus peel, sultanas and raisins, layered with marzipan, soaked in a lemon drizzle and finished with lemon icing and Simnel marzipan balls.
3. Easter chocolate tarts: Luxury chocolate tarts with a dark chocolate layer topped with ganache and especially decorated for Easter.
4. Easter Millionaires Shortbread: Luxury shortbread with buttery caramel and thick dark chocolate layer. Specially decorated for Easter with ruby and white chocolate swirls. Our Vegan version is decorated with Easter sprinkles.

2. Easter Chocolate Fudge Cake: Rich chocolate fudge cake decorated with pretty handmade Easter nests and mini chocolate eggs.
3. Cherry Bakewell Cake: A cherry and almond sponge cake sandwiched with freshly made cherry jam and marzipan with a classic white icing and scattered broken almonds.
4. Chocolate and Vanilla Easter Cake: Luxury chocolate cake with colourful vanilla piping decorated with eggs, fresh and dried flowers.
