Wishing a Happy 80th Birthday to you 🩷
A beautiful 4 layer victoria sponge with raspberry jam. Following the direction of pink, glitzy and girly.
I went for a graded buttercream, a pink ganache drip made with white choc, topped with an ever so light butter cream, hand made chocolate decorations. The whole cake was sprayed with pearlized edible lustre, finish with some lovely gold toppers.

Good evening all.
I can't wait to share this month's cake with you. I have been a little quiet so far this year but I know a few have said they didn't want to ask as I now work full time.
