My name is Kimmy, I'm a Coeliac who loves to bake! Since my diagnosis I found it so difficult to find bakers that understood the risks of cross contamination, so I decided to try and fill a gap for people like myself 😊
Don't get me wrong, my cupcakes are for everyone, my non-coeliac friends and family love my baking, so don't let it stop you from giving me a chance 😁
