What a privilege it is to make someone’s 80th Birthday cake, and made even more special that it was for my Grandad 🎂

The cake was half and half! One side was layered with lemon buttercream & lemon curd and the other was raspberry jam
and vanilla buttercream 😋

Congratulations to the bride and groom 💒

I’d like to start off with saying a big thank you to Chrissie & Alex for trusting me with such an important task on their special day.

They wanted something a bit different other than the usual wedding cake so they decided to go for a rustic looking brownie stack and to be honest I’m completely convinced it’s the new way forward ☺️

Another birthday cake for Arthur! Happy 6th Birthday 🎂 🎈

I’ve made nearly every birthday cake and each year they just get bigger 🤣

Bottom tier is a 10 inch caramel lovers dream, filled with caramel sauce and a caramel buttercream.

Top tier is an 8 inch vanilla cake with a strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream inner.
