So 2 new flavours to add to my expanding list of flavours!!!

🍫 Raspberry & dark chocolate….vanilla sponge with raspberries and dark chocolate flakes. Home made raspberry jam filling with chocolate butter icing swirl and freeze dried raspberries to decorate.

🍒 Black Forest gateau….chocolate sponge with dark chocolate flakes and cherries. Black cherry conserve filling with vanilla butter icing swirl and chocolate strands.

Tried both and I think the Black Forest is winning for me!! 😋

Great fun making these 2 cakes for a double birthday celebration in Dunkeld.
The first cake was Black Forest gateaux inspired…rich chocolate cake with cherry 🍒 liqueur, sour black cherry jam and vanilla butter icing, covered in chocolate strands.
The second cake was rich chocolate cake with ganache filling.
Both custom decorated.🥰
