So fun story about these cupcakes. They were a last minute order meaning I had to bake them in this horrific UK heat. Being delirious after work I accidentally used the wrong flour meaning I had to do them all over again, therefore enduring more oven heat on top of the 34 degrees outside. It’s defo not all sunshine and rainbows but I’ll always try to accommodate my customers.
