Plum danish

Harvard is like a little fruit pixie who appears carrying armfuls of fruit at this time of year.

This time these amazing Czar plums, lightly roasted and brushed with a plum and vanilla glaze

Also, a gentle reminder this is our last Saturday before we take our summer break.

Open on Wednesday in talgarth next week and hay market on Thursday (not open in talgarth on Thursday)

Free bread Wednesday?

So, this has been on our minds for a while.

As a little thank you for all of your support over the past 4 ½ years we would like to offer a little token of our gratitude.

We're offering free bread. That's right, 1 free loaf for every customer this Wednesday. We will still charge for pastries and any subsequent loaves.

We will also be collecting cash donations for a community theatre charity who put on a blinding performance of Joseph and his technicolour dream coat this weekend.

It was a really joyful experience and felt like pure therapy when national and international politics feels so divisive.

If you feel inclined pop a donation in the box but there's no obligation at all.
