After many days of uncertainty we have made the super hard decision to cancel all of our orders over the next few months that includes any new orders and mother’s day boxes. We were hoping this day wasn’t going to happen however we feel this is the most sensible and responsible thing to do especially with having such young children that could contaminate or be contaminated.

I will be in touch with all of our customers that have made orders over the next couple of days and will be returning all deposits as a part of a good will gesture in these hard times, as I have noticed a lot of other companies are not returning these and this added strain isn’t needed.

Everyone take care and we will hopefully be back to business once the virus has passed, Thankyou once again for all your continued support and if anyone has any questions feel free to get in touch!

Good morning everyone!

Let me use this time to remind customers that there is a deposit fee due for any custom cake orders over £50.

I haven’t been very strict on taking deposits up till now as I understand money can be tight sometimes for some people, however this is a business and we can’t run the risk of using funds to cover cake costs and then have the order cancelled at the last minute. That date could also of been used for someone who genuinely needed an order for that date.

Deposits must be paid 4 weeks before the cake due date. If the date you have selected is in less than 4 weeks then the full balance needs to be paid to ensure that your chosen day has been secured for you along with covering the cake costs.

Hope this isn’t too much trouble!
