Well hello all, I hope you’re well?
I’ve some sad news….As of last week I have moved on from and i’m letting the dough rest for now. It’s been a journey and one to hold my head high on, it’s no mean feat running a bakery and I take my hat off to all that do.
I’d like to thank all our loyal customers from every inch of my heart, I love you and will miss you dearly. Maybe we will meet again in the future…
To Justin, Ben & Rob, it’s been a pleasure, you have nothing but unconditional empathy and strong business acumen. Thank you so much for this wonderful opportunity to produce exquisite bakes alongside a brilliant team, I shall miss you all.
It’s now time to realign, focus down on family life with the best lady in my life .93 ,you and our little girl are my everything. ❤️

I return with a beautiful bundle of joy in my life, a little girl named Ella. What total joy she’s brought to mine and Jess’ life. Jess you’re incredible, Ella you melt my heart. ♥️

Hello all… and you maybe wondering who this is… and this is George! A wonderful, kind hearted gent who owns and runs the fantastic ,up in Leamington Spa! This post is out to him.
I met George in the depths of winter last year, having gone up to Leamington Spa to purchase some equipment from him… we struck it off and have been in contact ever since, there was something special and we have remained in contact ever since…
He has helped me in ways I cannot describe and all in of a good deed.
Sharing his baking and life wisdom with me over the past two days has been nothing but encouragement and support. His calm approach, hard graft and warm heart brought to me has been remarkable.
A friend and someone who I deeply respect and appreciate, thank you from my soul to yours.

Yo yo people! Hope ya’ll are well? And have had a lovely Easter break. Hot X are always a fun one to make and conquer. If you’ve sampled one, I hope you enjoyed it! Wild garlic pesto focaccia was LUSH and the staple Babka & Social remain firm.
On to house keeping!

Hello all! I hope this post finds you well?
Updates: This week I am closed and having some much needed time off.
I’d like to thank you for your continued support in the new gaff, forever cheering me along with the bakes and popping your head in to say hello. 🫶
And thank you to my close people too, with you by my side I’m truly grateful.
I’ll be back open on Wednesday 26th March with warm fresh loaves and sweet pastry goodness.

A recent meet up of the folk 🌾
Growers, millers, bakers and enthusiasts all came together to help push forward the network’s decision of how best to use funds… and eat some tasty baked goods!
This was my first meet up and what a lovely bunch of quality people.
The South West Grain network champions locally grown grains and is part of a non commodity economy which champions alternative low input farming. The network explores different grains to grow and this brings about different flavours and nutrition!

I find this super interesting and something I’d like to make all my customers aware of and get clued up about!
I met people who inspire me and the growers who work the land, providing these wonderful grains.
Thankyou for having me and I’m very excited to see how I can become part of this network, pushing it forward and developing it.

Hello all! And Happy new year! I hope you’re all well. Wow! What a year hey?! I’m totally blown away by what’s been achieved. Friends, family and partners. You’ve crushed it, so be proud!
This year has seen the bakehouse complete its first year, move to a new location with , build a kitchen, train up a member of staff, bake over 1000 loaves of sourdough and overcome mammoth hurdles.
All in all, positive and building.
We move into the new year; excited and refreshed, with plenty on the horizon.
Thank you to everyone who has supported me and enjoyed my bakes.
And a very special thankyou to my wonderful girlfriend .93 you’ve been there for me, through thick and thin. 🫶
Happy 2025, stay tuned!

Stoneground Organic wholegrain Spelt & Regenerative Stoneground Strong white flour. This one has a nutty sweeter flavour to it.
