Knock Out Creations I make custom cakes, cookies and cupcakes! I'm by no means a professional, i do this because i LOVE it! I'm not afraid to learn and play with new techniques.

I started making custom cakes as a favor to friends and family, but then I decided I really liked to make them. I like to work with buttercream , royal icings, fondant, gumpaste, and even color flow. The custom cakes are priced depending on how you would like them made. For example, tiers, filling, icing/fondant, extras, batter coloring (If possible) and even certain types of decorations. I am go
