We’ve been testing a brand new recipe for a Gluten Free Chocolate Cake and honestly… I must say I’m quite impressed with this one 🥹🤤

Light, soft and intensely chocolatey, filled with a dreamy mascarpone & chocolate cream with a mousse-like texture… pure deliciousness 😋💜

Moments like these are my favourite part of baking — creating new treats, testing flavours and bringing something extra special to the shed 🥰

Just a little reminder that The Sweets Shed will be closed this Friday, but we’ll be back up and running next week with some of your absolute favourites 😍

Just a little friendly reminder that The Sweets Shed will be CLOSED this Friday 🥰

But ohhh… we’ll be back on the 29th of May with shelves full of goodness again 😍

While the shed is having a tiny break, I’ve been busy baking at home for my family and just LOOK at this beautiful fresh loaf 🥹🍞 Crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy inside… and honestly tasting absolutely incredible!

And don’t worry… some favourites will be making their comeback very soon 👀✨
