Hi everyone 👋🏻
A little update on why I’ve been so quiet on here recently.. Settle in, it’s a long read.

There’s a couple of reasons, firstly (the positive) we’ve been on holiday this past two weeks .. and trust me when I say, this was definitely needed.

Secondly, let’s just say it’s been a tough few months - my husband ended up in hospital earlier this year extremely poorly. He’s on the mend now, but as a couple who never spend much time apart - that nearly three weeks was awful. I spent my mornings baking and cleaning, the afternoons with him at the hospital when visiting opened, then home for school pick up, evening routine with my girls then up until all hours decorating when they went to bed. Weekends spent backwards and forwards to BRI, then Leeds when they moved him there - Even with everything going on all orders were still fulfilled .. I just couldn’t let any of you down by cancelling 😢

Social media definitely took a back seat.

But I’m back .. for now..
I’ll be honest, interactions on my posts are bare minimum - orders have been a lot less this year, even raffles which used to be so so popular, and it’s brought to light when something like the above happens, as it is at the minute, my cakes just don’t cut it for covering the bills.

Any and all interactions with my posts - liking / sharing is always appreciated. Please tag me in any local community pages when people are asking for a baker recommending .. Please share my page with your family and friends too ☺️

If things don’t pick up, I will unfortunately have to stop 😔
