At The Idle Bakery, we put far too much time, care and quality into our breads to simply throw them away💔

Any loaves that aren’t sold don’t just end up in the bin. Instead, we give them another purpose…🤨

We slice them, carefully dry them and then grind them down into artisan breadcrumbs — ready for You to use at home for cooking, coating, stuffing, topping and so much more😱👩‍🍳

A simple way to reduce waste while still making the most of proper handmade bread🥰

Our breadcrumbs are available to buy from The Bakery in two sizes, so You can choose whichever suits You best🤷‍♀️
