🌟 Breakfast Club Leader Wanted at Westwood with Iford School 🌟

Looking for a rewarding role that makes a difference before the school day even begins?

At Westwood with Iford School, we're a small primary school with a big heart. With just two classes, our children learn in mixed-age groups, creating a warm, close-knit family environment where every child is truly seen, known, and valued.

We're looking for a Breakfast Club Leader to provide a fun, safe, and nourishing start to the day for our pupils.

✅ Manage the daily running of our Breakfast Club

🚑 A Big Thank You to the South Western Ambulance Service! 🚑

Today, our pupils enjoyed a fantastic visit from the ambulance service and spent the morning learning all about the incredible work they do.

The children had the opportunity to develop some valuable first aid skills, including CPR and bandaging, which proved to be particularly popular! They also enjoyed exploring the ambulance and discovering the different siren sounds used in various situations.

It was a fun, engaging and educational experience that inspired many of our pupils and helped them understand more about the vital role ambulance crews play in keeping our communities safe.

A huge thank you to the team for giving up their time to visit us and share their knowledge and expertise. We are very grateful for such a memorable morning! 🚑💙

🕺🎶 What a way to end Westwood's Got Talent! 🎶🕺

After an evening filled with fantastic performances, we finished the show with everyone on their feet dancing to the Cha Cha Slide! 💃🪩

Children, parents, a frog 🐸, a dinosaur 🦖 and even a unicorn 🦄 all joined in the fun, creating the perfect ending to a brilliant night of talent, laughter and community spirit.

Thank you to everyone who performed, supported and cheered along. We are so proud of our amazing children and the confidence, enthusiasm and joy they brought to the stage. Thank you to our wonderful PTA; FOWS for providing much needed refreshments on such a hot evening!

A night to remember! ⭐

🌟 Westwood's Got Talent! 🌟

What an incredible evening at Westwood's Got Talent last night! 🎤🎭🎸✨

We were absolutely amazed by the confidence, creativity and talent on display from our wonderful children. From singing and dancing to musical performances and unique skills, every performer brought something special to the stage.

We are so proud of all of our amazing children for having the courage to share their talents and celebrate what makes them unique. The enthusiasm, support and encouragement shown throughout the evening truly reflected the spirit of our school community.

A huge well done to everyone who took part – you were all stars! ⭐

Our children thoroughly enjoyed watching the England match highlights at break time today!⚽
The excitement, cheering and enthusiasm were fantastic to see as everyone came together to support the team. The atmosphere was buzzing, and our pupils certainly showed plenty of passion and team spirit!

🎪✨ What a fabulous Circus Day we have had! ✨🎪
Today, our children enjoyed an unforgettable day of fun, creativity and new experiences. They learned a range of exciting circus skills with the fantastic team from Circus Into Schools, before showcasing their talents in a wonderful performance at the end of the day. 🤹‍♀️🎭🎪
The fun didn't stop there! Children also took part in crafts, face painting and balloon modelling, making it a day full of smiles, laughter and lasting memories. 🎨🎈😊
To top off a truly amazing day, everyone enjoyed a delicious ice cream treat from Yum Yum Ice Creams! 🍦😋
