This simple and elegant 20th anniversary cake was made for Theresa & Steve, it’s decorated with handmade sugar roses in soft pink tones. They had a family do at the Carlton Hotel.

My neighbour loves a Dorset apple cake so I made one.

With a handmade fondant plaque ribbon and a few finishing touches it was transformed into a simple but special rustic birthday cake.
