The smell of my Ginger shortbread on an autumnal morning is pure comfort. Flavored with ground ginger and studded with stem ginger, its a warming biscuit in every bite.

A lovely way to end August, thank you everyone who came and bought from me :)

A huge thank you to everyone who came along to the Oak Fair this year and to our brilliant exhibitors and demonstrators. Thank you for celebrating our 20th event with us and we hope you enjoyed a wonderful weekend of countryside craft & tradition.

Wow thank you Purbeck Valley Folk Festival, we have had an almost sell out weekend. Promise to bring more cake next year

Today I am busy baking for my other favorite festival Purbeck Valley Folk Festival. I will have lots of Homemade cakes, shortbread, scones (fruit & cheese), cookies, and cheese straws. Plus bags of shortbread. It makes the perfect gift for the person who has looked after your pets, garden, etc. You can find me near the bar up from the Fire stage :) (Plant-based and GF options)
