One piece!
I had no idea what this was lol, turns out it's anime. So after some research and ideas from my client, here's the results.
2 deep delicious sponge layers, filled and stacked with raspberry conserve and vanilla buttercream. Dressed with blue coloured vanilla buttercream, and handmade fondant pieces.
Finished with edible image of the logo.
Customer loved it!

A Lion for a little cub!
3 deep delicious layers of rich chocolate sponge cake., filled with white chocolate spread and chocolate buttercream.
Covered in green buttercream and dressed with lots of handmade fondant leaves. Finally topped with a handmade fondant Lion. He was so fun to make.
I had a lovely message back from my client saying how beautiful and tasty the cake was. Hope you had the best day little man!

Delicious new flavour!
Chocolate sponge with raspberry filling and coconut cream.
Fresh summer flavour and went down a storm.

2 delicious layers of chocolate sponge, filled with raspberry conserve and coconut buttercream.
Covered in a thin layer of coconut buttercream and dressed with some freeze dried raspberry.

Western style!
3 deep soft fluffy layers of lemon sponge cake filled with delicious lemon curse and lemon buttercream. Covered in more silky lemon buttercream, dressed with fondant cow patches, handmade fondant rope, boots hat and horse shoes. Finished with a simple birthday topper and a spritz of edible gold glitter.
This was a large 8 inch cake.

Jane Austen inspired book cake.
I loved the challenge making this one. 3 delicious layers of gluten free vanilla sponge cake filled with raspberry conserve and coconut cream. Handmade fondant book detail and pink marble wrap, finished with an assortment of beautiful silk flowers.

Crazy golf anyone!
This year Andrew chose crazy golf as his theme and who was i to say no!

So I went all out with my imagination. 5 different holes all different themed including the tradional windmill all courses have.
Bottom tier is delicious chocolate cake, top tier@ vanilla just how Andrew likes it.
Top of the cake handmade fondant windmill with a duck pond.
Around the cake we have a safari themed hole, space themed, army themed and finally dinosaurs.
I absolutely loved making this and getting all creative with the theme.

I hope you had the best party Andrew and I'm so so grateful that I got to make your cake this year.

Two very different themes, the same cake.
Delicious vanilla sponges with raspberry and vanilla filling, decorated on one side with a mountain goat theme. Edible goats hand piped grass details, some fake foliage finished with a birthday topper.
The otherside a floral display using some silk flowers dressed with butterflies and finished with a matching topper.
It went down a storm for 2 special ladies birthdays.

Transformers Robots in disguise!
This beautiful creation was for the absolutely adorable and charming young man Arlo. Chocolate cake with cherry filling and vanilla buttercream inside. Covered in blue vanilla buttercream red fondant details, dressed with edible transformers logo and topper. Added some colourful balls for extra detail.
Hope your party was a blast Arlo!
