This Oscar Piastri f1 car was quite a challenge! Vanilla sponge filled with white chocolate ganache and raspberry jam. Placed on a slightly elevated hand cut board to give the realistic effect of being off the ground.
This cake was sculptured to scale from blue prints.

Vanilla sponge filled with white chocolate buttercream and raspberry jam, topped with more white chocolate buttercream and fresh strawberries. Finished off with a handmade ️ fondant candle, legs and eyes.
