Coconut can be such a divisive subject sometimes! I personally love coconut, so this all-in coconut lovers cake was a dream commission for me.

Layers of coconut & lime sponge sandwiched with coconut rum buttercream and zesty lime curd gave this cake a burst of zingy freshness, perfect for a summer celebration!

It's October and spooky season! 👻🕸🕷🎃

My latest project for is these Halloween Monster Madeleines. I used the madeleine tray from the Whisk baking range . Made from silicone, it's really easy to pop out the bakes, so it gets my seal of approval!
