A special ‘one off’ cake for a long-standing ambulance colleague who is retiring.

I was very happy to step in and make a cake for his party over the weekend.

The cake itself is a gluten free chocolate chip cake with chocolate buttercream and white chocolate ganache covering then fondant icing.
