I'm dog sitting today but my mum has just sent me these. I'd had baked the sponge and made the ganache yesterday.

Layered chocolate fudge cake and milk chocolate ganache. I think she did great. Maybe it just needs some chocolate sprinkles on top. Just incase it isn't sweet enough 🤣.

Can't wait to get home later to try some 😋 🩷

Made with rich Callebaut dark chocolate for that deep, fudgy brownie base, packed with chunks of mars bars throughout, and finished with Mars Bar on top for the ultimate chocolate lover's treat.
