This was amazing to do! I had so much notice, I could plan, design, make, print as much as I needed to make this cake. A surprise holiday to New York, for a birthday treat, along with party and cake, how lucky is he? What an awesome wife! Aside from the trainers (sourced especially and come in their own display box 😍) everything on this marvellous creation is edible, if you could bring yourself to eat it!

Kids are funny, as parents we observe their little quirks and accept them. But this mum said to me, I'm not sure where the obsession for frogs came from?! Isn't it funny, what takes their fancy and they love it so much it has to be on a cake 🥰

These last minute cakes.... 😅
Especially when it's something I haven't done before, it was difficult to say no.

Every single thing is edible, so hopefully a mini game of pool was played!

Just a small (by my standards!) cake I rustled up for a friend, and I tried something different inside. I made this with lots of thin layers, sandwiched with milk chocolate fudge ganache. Defo a hit, so if you fancy a many-layer cake, just say so! Different flavours available 😋

This beauty was bigger than it seems. And it weighed a ton and a half!! Due to my foot, I was unable to deliver and it had to be picked up by a 3rd party and delivered to the boat! 😅 thankfully, it made it in one piece and went down a treat with the couple ❤️
They opted for carrot cake with vanilla, and salted caramel with caramel sauce and buttercream filling 🤤
