PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 48 HOURS FOR A REPLY. It all started 6 1/2 years ago when my grandparents were celebrating their Golden Wedding. W

e knew how to make the cake but not how to make the sugar flowers which frustrated us as we wanted to be able to decorate the whole cake from start to finish. We ended up having to buy them. So it began, we took up cake decorating classes and began to learn. Things we didn't learn at these classes we have self taught and the rest is history. Baking cakes and decorating them, to see the creation all come together is so rewarding especially when the customer is so happy with the end result. A job is NOT a job when you enjoy doing it!!!
