Absolutely loved putting this together for Kizzy and Paul’s big day!

From the main cake to every cupcake and cookie, there was plenty of baking, decorating and planning when putting this together.

Massive thank you to Barn Dried Logs for supplying me with logs needed for the perfect cake stand and also thank you to my wonderful father in law for building it for me.

It was such a pleasure to be part of such a special day and to help create something a little different for the happy couple. 🥂💍

I love seeing how a cake comes together once the florist adds the finishing touches, and the bride’s florist sent me a photo afterwards showing the flowers alongside the cake. They complemented it perfectly!
Simple, elegant and completely in keeping with the day. 🤍

60 years of love deserves a very special cake 💜

I was so honoured to create this cake to celebrate an incredible 60th wedding anniversary for Ted and Pam.

I kept this one elegant and simple with soft ivory buttercream, delicate pearls and beautiful shades of lilac and purple.

This was my first ever attempt at creating a buttercream flower bouquet, and I have to say, I’m pretty pleased with how it turned out!

There were definitely a few moments of “I hope this works…” 😂 but I really enjoyed learning something new and creating all the different flowers.

Fun fact: Oliver was actually 8, not 10! 😂
I sent his mum a photo of the finished cake… only for her to tell me I’d somehow added an extra two years!

So, back to the cake it went and I had to change the number before it was collected!
Thankfully, a little alteration later and we had the correct birthday age!

I love creating cakes that are completely personal to the birthday boy or girl, and this one was definitely a fun one to make.

When a customer asked if I could make a DeWalt cake, I'll admit I wasn't quite sure how it was going to turn out but I absolutely loved creating this one, and I'm so pleased with the finished result!
