I have over 25 years experience in cake making and decorating this has given me a broad knowledge in working with traditional fruit and sponge cakes, royal and fondant icing. This has been a hobby of mine doing cakes only for family and friends but due to a change of circumstances and encouraged by positive feedback I have launched it as a full time business.
