First cake of 2025! I was asked to make a travel themed birthday cake in shades of blue for a boy who loves to travel! My signature chocolate fudge cake layered with chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream and chocolate ganache, coated with a white chocolate ganache and decorated to match the theme. A gorgeous pink and blue 16th birthday cake, 8” luscious chocolate cake layered with chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream and chocolate ganache. Pink colour achieved using .colour in pink for both the cake and the ganache drip. Macarons filled with Swiss meringue buttercream and raspberry compote to compliment the cake.
