Plenty of Bara Borth bread cooling in the bakery. This will be served with a vegan veg and lentil soup, and as sandwiches at tomorrow's craft fair in Borth.
We'll also be serving teas and organic coffee with locally produced Jenkin's milk and, of course, cakes!

Herb & olive rolls, baked with organic flour, lashings of olive oil and lots green olives. They're for tomorrow's craft fair lunches ..... Super tasty with butter and Stilton cheese....

Lovely bread rolls to accompany the soup for tomorrow's craft fair café in Borth. It's at the community hall and will be open between 11am and 4pm.

There will be bread for sale at Borth Farmers Market this Thursday - at Star of the Seas, Thursday morning between 10am - 1pm.

I won't be at the market this week - family fun going on. There will be bread next week though. :-)

I will be at the market again this Thursday. There will be 2 options this week - the seedy loaf or the wholemeal / white mix. If you want to reserve one of these let me know before 3pm on Wednesday afternoon.
