Happy New Year cookie lovers! I’ve been radio silent for the last several weeks, I know. I’m recovering from a pretty major surgery that I had a couple weeks ago, which was complicated by a pretty bad infection which landed me back in the hospital on New Year’s Eve. But I’m back home now and on the mend, and hoping to keep making some kick ass cookies for everyone. The Roller Skating party was a huge success, and yes, even I roller skated! I’ve never seen chocolate chip cookies gobbled up so fast…those going home treats never made it out of the party venue 😂 Today, I want to remind you that I have quite a few cookie varieties on my menu, and one of my faves is these Lotus Stuffed Double Chocolate cookies.
