Apple Strudel, German Christmas Markets? Then you hit the right place here, when it comes to cakes and other bakes. We Bavarians have a rich inheritance of really delicious cakes. Traditional home-baking is very popular and Sundays never passed without a nice cake in the afternoon, when I was little. Loads of them are made with nuts or quark (cheese, fromage blanc), nut creams, marzipan and poppy. So expect sweet surprises! Most of the recipes have been passed straight down in my family, and because Austria and Swiss are very appreciated neighbours in our Alpine region there are also some famous cakes and bakes from these countries, which we make right here in Bolton. So, I loved to make cakes and biscuits all my life and just started my business in 2018, and it has grown to be a well loved local treasure. Pop in anytime for a taste of Bavaria!

It is Half-term! Treat your kids! We have some left overs for bargain prices!
No meat pretzels, as they were exposed too long in damp and moist conditions and I wouldn't feel ok to offer them due to bacterial growth and food poisoning on meat products. I feel it is less of a problem with cooked veggies, as they don't behave the same way. Orders in the comments pls. Everything not explicitly mentioned in numbers just see what is still there.

6 slices banana loaf 50p each

All pizza oven people: Get in your healthy sourdough pizza dough! Sourdough is so much healthier, because the good bacteria and yeasts break down gluten and some poison (phytates) the wheat plant puts into their seeds/grain to deter animals eating them. That is the reason why some people react with IBS and I tolerances. Once fermented ( eaten by good bacteria and yeasts) these nasty substances get lowered significantly. Share with friends and pizza enthusiasts. Pickup Friday or Sat BL2 3BY, frozen( to store a few weeks) or fresh (if used on the day.) 1kg/ 4 pucks £3.
